Muscular Dystrophy:

It is a is a genetic disorder that weakens the muscles that help the body move.

You muscles deteriorate to the point where you can't move.

In serious cases, you could die by the age of twenty. TWENTY.

Sometimes we really forget how fortunate we are.

I'm really glad that I have this inclusive physical activity lesson every Friday cos in lessons such as this, I really see for myself how blessed I am.

We just watched this video on MD and it was seriously very inspirational.

I guess that's what I need every now and then when I go into self pity mode.

I swear, even some of the guys shedded a tear or two while watching the video.
